New selfservice kiosks to hasten Enterprise rentals

first_imgSource = e-Travel Blackboard: M.H Owner and operator of Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Alamo Rent A Car and National Car Rental, Enterprise Holdings, has announced it will roll out new self-service kiosks in 50 airport locations across the United States.Promising to cut check-in times by half, the initiative will enable customers to bypass the rental counter for both reserved and walk-up transactions using a valid driver’s license and credit card.Allowing renters to modify bookings on the spot, the kiosks will provide services in English, French, Spanish, German, Italian and Portuguese.The new kiosks will replace already existing machines at Alamo and National locations, while Enterprise will introduce the self-service option to airport customers for the first time. “As we work to provide the best customer service possible, we know that convenience, immediacy and ease are all priorities for travelers,” Enterprise Holdings vice president of airport business development Rob Hibbard said. “The feedback we’re getting so far is that this option really improves the rental experience for our airport customers, both domestic and international.”last_img read more
